Refund policy

Returns and refunds
Your happiness and satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase isn’t what you expected, we accept returns of non-sale items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Before you send anything back, please contact me at becky@goodlittledesign.com so we can find the best solution (for example, sometimes it’s not necessary to send an item back).

Lost or damaged orders
If you receive your order and discover that something is damaged, please reach out to me at becky@goodlittledesign.com and I’ll help make it right.
